Manufacturing Engineering
JRS has unique, in-house developed process technology. In addition to planning and constructing new production plants, one of the main tasks of our manufacturing engineers is to optimise existing plants.
Controlling
The planning, coordination and controlling of individual business units enables us to follow strategic goals more precisely. This enables us to monitor profitability and get a better insight into JRS business development.
Research & Development
At JRS the research and development department is home to application-focused jobs. Long-term research topics are devoted to solving consumer-related problems and continuously re-defining JRS Plant Fiber Technology.
Human Resources
To achieve our corporate goals we need goal-oriented measures and resource planning in the HR area. Long-term successful corporate culture requires clever HR management.
IT
Our IT department is the hub for processing data from our locations around the world. It is also responsible for centralised management of corporate communications and business applications.
Marketing
We use the concept of holistic, market-oriented company management to satisfy the needs and expectations of customers and other stakeholders. This enables us to create the best conditions to carry out our market-focused corporate activities.
Supply Chain (logistics & production planning)
The key tasks of supply chain management are the coordination, steering and monitoring of national and international shipments. Day-to-day projects focus on order processing, from order receipt to coordination with Sales.
Sales
The Sales department has close relationships with our customers and new customers, supplying them with our customised, JRS plant fiber-based products. Student jobs are available in the Fiber Solutions (Filtration business unit) or Life Science (Pharma, Home & Personal Care, Food Ingredients, Animal Nutrition business units) divisions.
